Shipping:
Three Day Priority Mail shipping is included with the price. It generally takes about 5 BUSINESS days to engrave and ship this product. Once shipped, the customer will be sent a tracking number via email.

Frequently Asked Questions: (FAQ):
“I prefer to use YETI mugs, how much will that cost?”.  If you prefer YETI or any specific brand of mug or bottle, the cost will be the cost of the mug, $20 engraving fee and actual shipping. Shipping is NOT included in the price in this case.

Customization and Personalization policy:
We reserve the right to decline any personalization or customization that is offensive or inappropriate. “Offensive or inappropriate” specifically would include any explicit sexual content, racist remarks or hate speech. We’re not prudes, but our company name does go on this product.

Replacement of Personalized products:
If we make an error on the personalization, we’ll replace the product at our expense. If the customer makes an error on the personalization, the product will only be replaced at the customers expense. No refunds on personalized products for ANY reason.
